Whitelist a Number
This article explains the procedure to follow when you wish to whitelist a number (be able to send an SMS to someone who has replied STOP)
France Regulation for Marketing SMS enforces you to add a STOP Mention in order to let your recipients decide if they wish to stop receiving Marketing Campaigns from you.
If one of your recipients has replied STOP to your campaign by mistake, or they wish to receive your marketing campaigns again, you can whitelist that number again.
To Whitelist a Number:
- Get in touch with us and let us know the number you wish to remove from your blacklisted numbers.
- We will take care of the rest.
If you use the API, you can continue to send SMS to numbers who have replied STOP
