My campaign is not being sent to my entire contact list.

This article will let you know the reasons why you campaign is not sending to your entire contact list.


This can be for multiple reasons...

  • It could be that some of your recipients have replied "STOP" to your marketing campaign. Know how to verify this by checking our guide here.
  • It could also be that you don't have enough credits.
  • Or, it could be that you have duplicate numbers within your contact list.


Below, I will explain how to check this last point.


Old platform (V0) :

If your account was created before October 1st, 2020, you are using our V0.


Duplicate Numbers

In the image you can see I have 3 recipients in my contact list.However, when I'm validating the campaign, it will only be sent to 2 recipients. This is because there is a duplicate number in my contact list.


Let's get rid of duplicate numbers.

  1. Go to your contact list and open it.
  2. Click on "Deleted doublons" or duplicate numbers
  3. Voilà!


New platform (V2)

If you migrated or if your account was created after October 1st, 2020, then you are using our V2

Please note that you can also delete the numbers that have replied "STOP" from your list.
