How to know who has replied "STOP" to your marketing campaign.
This article shows you the steps to follow if you want to know which numbers in your contact list have replied "STOP" to your marketing campaigns.
Old platform (V0) :
If your account was created before October 1st, 2020, you are using our V0.
- After logging in, from the home page, go to "Contact Lists".
- Then click on "Blacklist".
New platform (V2)
If you migrated or if your account was created after October 1st, 2020, then you are using our V2
Once logged in, click on "Contact Lists" > "My unsubscribe contacts".
