Why was my marketing campaign delivered so late?

This article explains why your marketing campaign was delivered after your validation.


If you sent a marketing campaign and it was delivered a few hours after your validation, it can be for two reasons. 


1) Your campaign was sent outside authorized hours. 

If you validate your marketing campaign outside the time limit allowed by the anti-spam law (only from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Business Days), your campaign will be sent on the first Business Day at 8:00 am.

The operator is in no way obliged to comply with the regulations, including the limitation of sending times for SMS marketing type, is the sole responsibility of the user.


2) Technical accident.

It is possible that at the time you sent your campaign, there may have been slowdowns at our servers or at the network operator. 

In this case, you will receive an email explaining the technical accident.
