What is an SMS ticket? and how to get it.
This article explains the importance of the Ticket ID of your SMS campaign and where you can get it.
The SMS ticket ID is a code edited at the time of the validation of your campaign. It is a tracking code that allows the user as well as our team to identify a campaign among the SMS flow sent from our platform.
Old platform (V0) :
If your account was created before October 1st, 2020, you are using our V0.
The SMS ticket looks like this:

- From your account, go to "Statistics and Tracking" > "Campaign History", at the top of your SMS campaign window, you will see all relevant information, including the number of the SMS ticket.
New platform (V2)
If you migrated or if your account was created after October 1st, 2020, then you are using our V2.
