Is the test SMS charged?

The test SMS that I sent appears empty or partially empty, what is the problem?

This might happen because the content of your SMS doesn't comply with the list of characters allowed by our system. Learn more about special characters here.

I have not received the test SMS

Please check:

• The validity of the test recipient's mobile phone number
• The type of sending: if it is a foreign mobile number (outside mainland France), you will need to select "SMS World".
• The type of sending (a Standard SMS can be delivered within minutes to hours depending on the traffic density at the time of sending)
• The sending time of the test SMS (Marketing SMS can be blocked by operators if they don't comply with the sending times in France).
