Schedule a campaign
This article will show you how to schedule a campaign to be sent at a later time.
Old platform (V0) :
If your account was created before October 1st, 2020, you are using our V0.
To schedule campaign you must select the option Dispatch method: Deferred" in step 3/3 of your new campaign. Then validate your campaign.

IMPORTANT!
Always check the date and time of your scheduled campaign in the summary to avoid any problems. After you click the button "Send the campaign" we can't guarantee to stop the campaign from being sent if you detect any errors.
Cancel a scheduled campaign
All validated and scheduled offline campaigns are available in "Scheduled campaigns". They will only be visible up to one hour before the scheduled sending time.
To cancel, click on the campaign you wish to delete and click on the pink button below, "Cancel the selected campaign".
In order to modify a campaign, you must first cancel the programmed campaign and program a new one.
Attention: You will not be able to modify/cancel a campaign within one hour of the scheduled sending.
New platform (V2)
If you migrated or if your account was created after October 1st, 2020, then you are using our V2.
To schedule a deferred campaign you must select the option "Sending Mode: Deferred" when configuring your new campaign.
Once you have chosen the date and time of your campaign, validate your campaign.
Confirm that everything is in order and press send. 
You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled campaign. 
Cancel a scheduled campaign
All the campaigns validated and scheduled on a delayed basis are available in "History and Analytics" > "SMS Campaign". Then choose the option "Programmed". 
To cancel it, click on the red button 
to the right of your campaign.
In order to modify a campaign you will have to cancel the programmed campaign and program a new one.
Attention: You will not be able to modify/cancel a campaign within one minute of the scheduled sending.
