I have validated my campaign, but it doesn't appear in my Statistics

If you have created a new campaign and are not able to see it in your Statistics & tracking, there can be several reasons for this:

Old platform (V0) :

If your account was created before October 1st, 2020, you are using our V0.

1. The campaign was not completely validated: did you get an SMS ticket at the end of the campaign validation process? Were you debited in SMS? When the campaign is successfully sent, you will see a ticket SMS like this one :
2. The campaign has been scheduled: in this case you will find your campaign in "Scheduled campaigns".
3. Is it a marketing type campaign? In this case, check that the planned sending schedule is not outside the hours allowed by French law (only from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on working days). If you have validated your Marketing campaign outside the hours permitted by law, your campaign will start the next working day at 8:00 am.

Please note that the operator is in no way obliged to block marketing mailings outside the permitted hours.

New platform (V2)

If you migrated or if your account was created after October 1st, 2020, then you are using our V2.

1. The campaign was not completely validated: did you get an SMS ticket at the end of the campaign validation process? Were you debited in SMS? When the campaign is successfully sent, you will see a ticket SMS like this one :
2. The campaign has been scheduled: in this case you can find your campaign by going to "History and Analytics" > "SMS Campaign" > change filter to "programmed".
3. Is it a marketing type campaign? In this case, check that the planned sending schedule is not outside the hours allowed by French law (only from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on working days). If you have validated your Marketing campaign outside the hours permitted by law, your campaign will start the next working day at 8:00 am.
