Checking the acknowledgement of receipt
This article will show you how to check your acknowledgment of receipt after sending your campaign.
After you validate and send your SMS campaign, you can verify if it was delivered to your contacts.
Please note, this feature is only available with our SMS Premium and SMS World.
Here is how to check who has received your campaign:
Old platform (V0) :
If your account was created before October 1st, 2020, you are using our V0.
- From your account, go to the "Statistics & Tracking".
- Click on "History of deliveries".
New platform (V2)
If you migrated or if your account was created after October 1st, 2020, then you are using our V2.
- From the home page, go to "History and Analytics" > "SMS Campaign" and click on the Detail icon
- On the window you will be able to check the number, delivery status and date.
