Where the answer to your questions probably is.

Why hasn't my account been credited ?

If you have made a purchase but don't see the credits/SMS reflected in your available credit. There can be 2 reasons, your payment didn't go through, or you didn't finalize the purchase. Just go to your waiting orders to make sure you finalize the purchase.

It can also be that your order is awaiting 'Admin Validation'. For security reasons, new accounts need their orders to be validated by hand. This process can be repeated until we fully trust the account. (link to account trust) On average, it takes 15 minutes to validate an order.

Once your order is validated, you will receive an email from us.

Can I use my credit how I want ?

Yes, your account is always credited in Euros, so if you buy an SMS pack it means you have the same amount of euros you spent in your available credit. This means you can use any service within our platform that accept our credits. Keep in mind that each service and/or SMS destination has its unique price.

How can I void the VAT or TAX ?

If your company is established outside France and is not subject to the French VAT, you can send us your proof (link how to upload VAT document) of registration/address for validation. If your request is approved, you will be able to purchase without paying TAX (that you will have to declare in your country).
