Check the report of your SMS campaign
This article will show you how to check the detailed report of your campaigns.
After you send your SMS campaign, you are able to check all the statistics directly from you Octopush account.
You can even export the report into an Excel file.
Here is how to:
Old platform (V0) :
If your account was created before October 1st, 2020, you are using our V0.
Once you are logged in, got to "Statistics & Tracking" > "History of campaigns" and on the campaign window, click on "Detailed Graphic Report".
After you click, a few boxes will appear inside the window.
You can check:
- Stand-by SMS
- SMS transmitted
- SMS sent
- Failure
- Answers
You can go even further by clicking on "Status of the selected campaign".
A new window will pop-up.
In this window you can check more information regarding that campaign, check the numbers it was sent to and you can download it to an .csv file.
New platform (V2)
If you migrated or if your account was created after October 1st, 2020, then you are using our V2.
From the home page head to "History and Analytics" > "SMS Campaign", click on statistics icon 
If you want to view the statistics and click on details icon 
If you want to check the details of the campaign (numbers, delivery status).
